do you notice how frequently it seems to rain these few days? 0.o so weird. heavy afternoon showers. haha all my geog knowledge dunno locked and buried in which compartment of my brain. dunno whether the heavy rain got anything to do with the monsoon..
anyway, on good friday, my family, excluding my dad, went to acm again. lol i thought i could re-use my sticker [ given on admission ]. aiyo the ppl so smart. it seems tt they change the colour of the sticker daily. haha. more interesting facts i managed to remember.. kang xi had excellent hunting skills. his best record was 313 wild hares on a single hunting trip. [ so cruel.. ] he can shoot with either hands as well. pro! [ i can write with both hands. but im the only one who can read what is written by my left hand. haha ] oh ya.. concerning the 3 empress he had, after the third one died, he didnt give the rank of empress to any other concubines.. hmm seems like he very shen qing. but then he was said to be one of the emperors who had the most concubines..
out of curiosity, i read more abt him online and i discovered he is a horse too! i mean he shu ma. haha.
back to the topic abt rain.. after that my dad fetched us to t3 to makan. then on the way home it started raining. super scary.. the whole windscreen was v blur. hmm visibility is like abt 5m? then can only see the red tailights of the car in front. then a car accident occurred in front of us.. hmm specifically is 2 cars before us. the one directly in front of us brake suddenly, then luckily my dad was able to stop in time. [ since he was only travelling 30km/h.. any faster and the wheels would spray water onto our window screen ]..
lesson learnt: read newspaper daily, check the weather forecasts.. its better to stay at home and sleep on rainy days. unless necessary dont drive.. sit taxis instead.. and forget abt your umbrellas, they are useless- you will still get wet. wrap yourself in a poncho instead. haha
