merry christmas.. i like to emphasize that im not a christian. to me, its a wonderful public holiday for ppl to gather together. not much special significance. i prefer you to talk to me about CNY.
a brief description of what i did these few days.
on thursday, met up with nally, shima, jx, together with lu. had a good chat at mac donalds for 3 hours. " used " their seats for so long while drinking one miserable cup of Milo only. hahaha. i got to know shimaya better. heard a lot of interesting stories from her. wow, who knew that even elite ppl got a lot of this-and-that going about. i fear for our future. lets hope that they know how to separate their personal and work life. lol.. nally looks the same. no in fact, she looks better. good complexion with the stream-line body shape. no ah mong qiang yet.. haha. jia xin looks more mature, most probably because of the biz attire she was wearing. she will be gg to UK for an exchange soon.. anyway i enjoyed our dinner together. a bit of a pity that we couldnt get to eat pizza. oh well saved some money. its the company that matters anyway =)
on fri, i went shopping with my mum at suntec. ate siam kitchen. haha. i love their green curry. (although this morning, i had a bad stomachache). then we tried to shop.. i had the intention to buy lots of clothes.. but we walked about before realising that there was nth. -.-" then we went to clementi to get something. oo didnt realise that hawker centre has reopened. [ lu: that wonton mee stall still there.. ^^ ] and there was still a long queue at the satay stall. crazy ppl.. that oyster omelette stall isnt there anymore. the auntie from the drinks stall said that the owner retired alr. sighs. most of the stalls i really like will always disappear.. either move to a better location or tt the owner became too rich and didnt want to earn anymore.
today, i went to adeline's hse. lu, carlye, jaime, pei xian, yiting.. spent the whole afternoon laughing while watching them play wii. we played murderer, charades.. and zhong ji mi ma - the loser have to clear a plate of our leftover lunch. cant believe how unlucky i was. =.= i was the only one who had to eat two servings. luckily adeline and her sis so kind.. helped me to clear. i must say this lusandra is either very smart/ or act blur. if i was the one who was supposed to set a number. and the range has been reduced to 11- 15. what number should you NOT pick? very obvious huh. lusandra chose that lucky number and got a plate of fruits. haha. maybe she was thinking " aiya, anyway later sure zhong, now this plate so harmless, i should just get it~ " lol. adeline had a tank with 18 fishes. dunno whats the breed but its red with a weird mouth shape. a common type of house-hold fish apart from goldfish, koi, arowana, which ppl like to buy. two parakeets too. cute but too bad i dont really like birds. pea-brain. haha. i like smarter ** animals. had a gift-exchange too. interesting.. i didnt know that there was such a method to play.. jaime brought ben and jerry's ice cream for everybody. my FIRST time eating it -- errr 也不过如此...
[ **lets digress to my rabbit.. recently it has been raining a lot, my white rabbit, which absolutely hates ppl touching it unnecessarily, really amused me. sometimes when i hear thunder or see that the skies have turned dark, i will start to chase it back to its cage. other times when im lazy, i ask gieyarsi to help me do so. on one day, assume its 20th, gieyarsi caught my rabbit back. and my rabbit jumped and fidgeted about while being carried back. on the 21st, when it was abt to rain again, i asked gieyarsi to bring my rabbit in. this time, upon seeing her, my rabbit immediately got onto its feet and dashed back to the cage. lol. funny~~~ imagine it was lying very comfortably, with its limbs all stretched out, eyes half-closed, abt to doze off.. suddenly somebody approaches, its ears shoot up straight. its eyelids lift up and ite eyes widen with alarm. next moment, it decides that danger is approaching and it starts sprinting to safety! lol. i wish i recorded that.
i got more activities coming up. some shopping, bowling and buffet-eating.. hah. 慢慢来。tmr i shall devote a whole day to my family first.
