what is the meaning of 放牛吃草? other than the very literal meaning. It always seems like i recall reading things from somewhere but not actually remembering the source. lol. but now i feel that this word can describe my current state.
my mentor is gg overseas for some presentation and wont be back till the following week. Yup. I was supposed to end my intern this friday but i extended it for two more weeks. Multiple reasons for doing this. 1) to keep regina company 2) Help yw look after the room to stop other interns from taking over before he returns 3) to save myself - imagine meeting the deadline for NTU report + logbook as well as juggling my exit ppt slides + getting admin clearance all on the same day?!! 4) earn some allowance since i have too much time to spare before sch reopen 5) helping my mentor look after his cells.
you can try figuring out the order of importance. but anyway its killing many many birds with one stone. im smart. lol.
oh ya. back to what i was feeling.. theoretically there isnt any one to supervise me but there are many pairs of eyes around so yup.. i shall just do my stuff..im always doing work.. haha. by right i should have better control of my time.. lets see whether i can go for lunch and end work on time next week.
