this week is one of the worst week i have experienced since the start of uni. why?
tuesday : economics test. MCQ quiz from lecture 1 to 10. MCQs are irritating. you dont know whether you should memorise everything.. or to just read through briefly. you dont need to guess to know which way i prepared for the test.
thursday (today) : a speech for effective communication. PUBLIC SPEAKING. dots. i thought i wouldnt need to do something like this after we finished PW. it was a torture. i stood in front of the mirror practising how to smile and make appropriate gestures. practised in front of my brother. muttered to myself. and finally just now around 3 plus, everything was over. i think i didnt do too badly. i saw the " timekeeper " signalling 2 with his fingers.. followed by 1. since we were supposed to stick strictly to 3 minutes. i thought he meant that 2 secs .. 1 sec left. i panicked and started concluding my speech. Later i started thinking whether he was meant that 2 minutes was over. and i had 1 minute left. oh well.. anyway when i was practising my speech i always exceeded 3 minutes.. so till now im still wondering what he meant.
friday : maths quiz . -.-" PROF LESLIE..34 marks for one question. you got to be kidding.
actually next week will be even more exciting than this week. cool. im so thrilled.
